I had the honor of co-hosting a storytelling night for newborn families with Sarah Finch at Nido Therapy. Sarah has a way of creating spaces that feel deeply warm, safe, and gently held. She provides a space where people can soften, share, and feel less alone. The evening was intimate, thoughtful, and full of heart. I’m so grateful to have collaborated with her and to witness the care she brings to her clients.
Sarah is an amazing family therapist. She’s incredibly genuine, kind, and very easy to talk to. From the first session, she created a comfortable and welcoming environment where it felt safe to open up. She truly listens and cares, and you can tell she’s passionate about helping families grow and improve their relationships.
