This pediatrician's office is great, my son has been coming here since he was a newborn. Nidhi as well as her staff are very helpful and kind.
Dr.Mendota is a woman of virtues.She is very caring,has very good bedside manners and treats all health issues that I complained of.In return, I must say since she started treating me in as little as three months I started feeling healthy again up until present.Having said that,she is an asset to all patients she treats.
Dr. Mehrotra is a brilliant doctor. She has been treating my son since birth. As a first time parent, I truly appreciate her thoroughness and candor. Her office is very clean and all of her staff, including her Nurse Practitioners, are kind and knowledgeable.
Dr. M is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in the area of pediatrics. She has gone above and beyond with both of my children. She is very thorough and takes her time with her patients.
I trust the care of my precious daughters to Doctor Mehrotra, she is kind, attentive, and gets to the bottom of any issue. I have had some issues with the staff being disorganized when it comes to referrals and have had to do a lot of follow up at times but there is no other doctor that I trust my daughters health to than to Dr. Mehrotra. My daughters adore her and are always excited to go to the doctor because of her and Erin.
Met Dr. while I was in the hospital. She was on rounds that day, we couldn't have been any luckier. There were complication with my daughter after birth, she was through when ordering all the test I needed to be ran, she was able to get us answers right away. After that we knew we had to make her our Dr., since then she has continued to be an amazing Dr. Calling after hours to check on my daughter that was extremely sick, even calling in prescriptions so that my baby could finally get some rest.
Dr. Mehrotra's practice is very busy but she is never too busy to provide quality care. She has excellent bedside manner, provides thorough explanations and recommendations to patients/family, and does so with a smile on her face day in and day out. She always comes across as calm and competent and is great with our little ones. I certainly value her as our family pediatrician and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent doctor.
The ladies working the desk are horrible now. They are so unorganized. I have been going to this doctor since 2011 and the service has fallen to a point where i am searching for another doctor to avoid dealing with incompetent staff
