I have 2 children with receiving treatment. Excellent experiences with both. Appointments on time and a short consult at each appt.
Our experience with Nicolucci Orthodontics was fantastic. The facility was inviting and clean. The service was friendly and kind. Dr. Nicolucci took time to give explanations and answer our questions. They were fair and honest with their suggestions and advice. When we came for my daughter's appointments, we usually had several younger siblings in tow and so the efficiency and pace was so appreciated....we were in and out before we knew it! Thank you to all the great staff there.
It has been a great experience so far in dealing Dr. Nicolucci's office for both myself and my daughter, as we are both going through braces at the same time. The experience has been flawless including everything from planning the treatment, explaining options, setting up appointments, actual treatments and ongoing care. I have been accompanying my 3 children first to Dr. Pus and now to Nicolucci Orthodontics for the last 10 plus years as they received treatment. I have only the best things to say about this office and the professionals that work here. The receptionists are very warm and pleasant and work hard to accommodate patient schedules when planning the next visit. The staff took the time to get to know me and listened to what i wanted. They knew me by name as soon as i walked in the door. They are all very personal which makes it a very comfortable experience
We were thrilled with the care my son received at Nicolucci Orthodontics. His appointments were always on time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. His teeth look incredible!!! Highly recommend!
