Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Yes, I was scared to say anything Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

i felt the care i was given for my visit was nearly what i was expecting after having oral surgery. the dentist spent hardly any time with me prior to pulling my tooth. to me that is when details should be talked about. there are workers running about and they fill in where i feel the doctor should be handling the situation with the patient. i had a tooth pulled. they gave me gauze & a small sheet of paper with little directions on it. i did as it stated. by the 3rd day the pain was getting worse..went back into the office o... read more
