The office was very dirty and old. Needs an update. I immediately did not want him to work on my child just based on the filth of the office,. With that said, he was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. His front office staff were very nice and helpful. Im sure if he upgraded the office he would bring in a lot more business. I was shocked to see the review about the bathroom and office being immaculate. Not even close!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. My child had several teeth extracted by Dr. Nicols. Dr. Nicols and his staff were so caring and patient with his special needs. Dr. Nicols was so careful with reviewing the notes from the referring doctor that he even found an error that may have resulted in pulling an incorrect tooth. My child had such a quick recovery due to Dr. Nicols' skill. Would definitely use his services again and would refer him in a heartbeat.
