Answers All My Questions Rather than reiterate every point made I'll just agree with ya'll. I have had my bike serviced by Billy a few times, and each appointment he takes the time to answer any questions (stupid as they may be) I have.
Finest Service Available Simply put, a professional, and that is not something you find all that often in the motorcycle repair and tuning business. Billy is well known and respected in the serious motorcyling community in SC (and elsewhere). Know what you want when you talk to him and know that you will get the finest service available.
Reasonable Pricing I've been going to Nicoll Racing for the last few years with my '09 Road King. I've been impressed with the service and reasonable pricing afforded by Billy and Ryan I think his name was. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
Exceeded my expectations I find out about Nicoll Racing from a friend -- Nicoll had rebuilt the suspension on his CRF450X. The bike rode like a dream, so I eventually looked Billy up and had him work on my bike as well. The suspension exceeded my expectations! Fantastic Attention: PWC, Motorcycle and ATV owners, this team at Nicoll Racing are fantastic at doing the hard to do jobs to routine servicing on your bike, jetski , quad, etc. Billy and his team are relentless and committed to customer service and their work. August 2011, I had my 2001 SeaDoo GTX DI rebuild by this team and I was very happy to report, they saved me money from what the SeaDoo dealer service charge. Great customer service! Sooo, I was involved in a low speed, parking lot collision - some dude cut the corner and was driving on the wrong side of the road. (unrelated to Nicoll Racing, parking lots are privately owned so the cops come and don't do anything but help you exchange information with the other party - avoid accidents in parking lots at all costs) , Billy himself came to pick up my bike and rode it back to his shop with a broken shifter & foot peg. The kind of friendliness you hope you always encounter I bought some new tires off the internet and sent them to Nicoll Racing for installation. Walked in and was promptly helped by Billy - no waiting at all. They gave me a call when the bike was done and made sure I knew that new tires can be slick for the first 50 miles. Highly recommended! Won't take my bike anywhere else! Honest and informative mechanic who always has my bike running perfect. Always gets things done super quick if I am on a time crunch and I completely trust anyone he has working under his belt. I have even received help over the phone while working on something myself. Best work I have had done from Billy is on my suspension. Highly recommended!
