Exceeded my expectations I find out about Nicoll Racing from a friend -- Nicoll had rebuilt the suspension on his CRF450X. The bike rode like a dream, so I eventually looked Billy up and had him work on my bike as well. The suspension exceeded my expectations! Some time later I was riding in Baja and I couldn't get my bike to start. I called Billy and he walked me through some troubleshooting. No talk of charging me, just a good guy helping me out. Highly recommend I've been taking my bikes to Billy and crew for years. They always do a great job. They try to save you money if possible and will bend over backwards to get your bikes ready within whatever deadline they are given. Just had him do the suspension on my YZ450 track bike, and it is perfect. I highly recommend Nicoll Racing to anybody with motorcycles or watercraft.
A word of caution A word of caution to others in the buisness of fixing bikes: you might want to up your game. I was unfortunately in a collision and after calling 6 different shops, Nicoll racing was one of 2 that actually picked up ( it was 1 in the afternoon, and I called twice to each store that didnt pick up and left messages which none responded back too) and didnt charge me a cent for an over all diagnostic of my bike.

Answers All My Questions Rather than reiterate every point made I'll just agree with ya'll. I have had my bike serviced by Billy a few times, and each appointment he takes the time to answer any questions (stupid as they may be) I have.
I unfortunately "I unfortunately doubt your going to find a better repair shop than this place. Ive gone back to ask simple questions since my repair on my brakes and lights in which he told me to stop by and fixed it that day."
Best Service Ever I couldn't be happier with Nicoll Racing and their service department. I don't know why anyone would go to a dealer for service when Nicoll Racing is around. Their customer service is next to none! Check them out at www.Nicollracing I swear by them!
Great customer service! Sooo, I was involved in a low speed, parking lot collision - some dude cut the corner and was driving on the wrong side of the road. (unrelated to Nicoll Racing, parking lots are privately owned so the cops come and don't do anything but help you exchange information with the other party - avoid accidents in parking lots at all costs) , Billy himself came to pick up my bike and rode it back to his shop with a broken shifter & foot peg. Finest Service Available Simply put, a professional, and that is not something you find all that often in the motorcycle repair and tuning business. Billy is well known and respected in the serious motorcyling community in SC (and elsewhere). Know what you want when you talk to him and know that you will get the finest service available.
