Friendly service We took in a pair of Jetskis that had been repo'd. The staff was timely, friendly and very fair with the whole process.
Unbeatable This company is no doubt a leader in moto and quad repairs and service in southern California. The owner and his staff have created a reputation of absolute customer satisfaction. They take care of your bikes and other desert vehicles to make sure they are fully preped and ready. And their price is virtually unbeatable! I wouldn't get my work done anywhere else.
Great work I have been taking my bike into Nicoll Racing since I moved into the area about four years ago. I just brought my bike in today for some work because it has been sitting in the garage too long and it might need some work on the carburetor. Each time I go in there, they have a professional team member at the front desk that is always happy to help me out. Great work I've had some suspension work done by these guys and I can not say enough about the great work they have done. They were below estimate and done earlier then I expected. They knew I wanted to ride that weekend and I think they put me ahead a few job to get me out in the dirt. I'll be back!
Real professionals This is the only place you should go if you are in south Orange County. Those are real professional, they know what they are doing on your bike! And in case of an emergency? My chain broke on the freeway, on a monday morning :-/ 15 minutes after I called them, someone picked up my bike (they didn't charge a penny for that) and they took care of it!
So Cal's only approved Racetech technician Nicoll Racing is a one man shop run by what is probably the most no-nonses person I have ever met, Billy Nicoll. Even though Billy's shop always seems to be full of motorcycles and he is the only person manning it, I have never had to wait a single second past the stipulated time. He is incredibly apt at working on any machine, and is one of the few independent licensed shops that work on Ducatis.
