The doctors here is so sweet and caring. They really care about the babies. But the front desk ladies are so rude! And disrespectful!!! I hate coming here dealing with them. I can’t stand it. Even when you walk in the front door, they do not greet you. They wait along time to acknowledge you standing there. When you call to try to make a appointment on the phone, they have a really bad attitude!

I love Dr. Brown and most of her staff. The only issue our family has had is with her front office person,Parika. She has no customer service. She acts as if she never wants to provide assistance. This is my second time calling her office and getting this service. My son has been feverish for two days and without even verifying, told me she has no sick visits. Great Dr. She was the pediatrician for my children in Desoto. She gave them proper attention and gave great information. She also answered all of my questions.
