Dr. Symons has been my doctor for 10 years. She is always thorough and extremely competent, with an outstanding bedside manner. She truly listens , and always offers advice for me to improve my health. I have seen many doctors over the years, and she is tops in my book. I recommend her without reservation.
Never ever. My mother is in her 80's, and my father is 90. They have been going to her against my wishes for years. Ever since my 84 year old mother was trying to get help with symptoms that were beyond the scope of her annual. Dr. Symons became irritated and her reply to my 84 year old mother? "I am not a garbage dump!". Umm. I beg to differ. Yes, Dr. Symons, apparently you are. And a dumpster fire, too. Shame on Buffalo Medical Group for allowing this to continue. She is always pleasant and professional.
Excellent doctor who takes time to discuss the problem.
She explains why she believes the suggested treatment is the best for the problem. She made me feel comfortable and helped solve my problem. I'm recommending her to all my family members.
