Super sweet and knowledgeable. She was personable and made everything very comfortable. Excited to have her as my new primary.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Symons. She is always on time, friendly, professional, great at explaining things, and listens to any and all concerns. I also find her to be a great doctor. I have to say that the office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and also eager to help.
I’m pretty darn low maintenance but the lack of care/assessment for your concerns is something else. I’d keep looking
I had my first visit with Dr. Symons. Dr. Symons made me feel very comfortable. She appeared to be knowledgeable and compassionate. I will remain a patient of hers.

Never ever. My mother is in her 80's, and my father is 90. They have been going to her against my wishes for years. Ever since my 84 year old mother was trying to get help with symptoms that were beyond the scope of her annual. Dr. Symons became irritated and her reply to my 84 year old mother? "I am not a garbage dump!". Umm. I beg to differ. Yes, Dr. Symons, apparently you are. And a dumpster fire, too. Shame on Buffalo Medical Group for allowing this to continue.
