I was a patient of hers for many years and tried to stay with her. I ultimately got the excuse I needed when we moved. She was rude, rushed, and didn't like if you disagreed with her. I prefer a provider who will let me ask questions. Every other year she was nice and it seemed she forgot how awful she was in the off years. I do not respect her medical decisions and she was unwilling to discuss them with me.
Dr. Symons is very thorough and takes time to explain things. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. The doctor is very professional yet personable.
I have been a patient of Dr. Symons for many years. She and her team are professional and courteous at all my visits. She takes the time to listen before recommending a course of treatment. I'm very happy with her as my GP.
Dr. Symons is thorough, talks and listens, and reviews all pertinent information and answers questions thoroughly. She interacts well and looks you in the eye (does not stare at computer!) and is very thorough. She acted quickly to retest my blood levels that day to adjust medication. Other doctors may have missed this or not have been as responsive. Have been going to her for 2 years and feel I am in good hands.
I’ve been with Dr.Symons for more than 15 years. She’s thorough, empathetic and always listens and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed in my appointments with her. Highly recommended.
I was very delighted to meet Dr. Symons and felt immediately at ease. After 45 years with the same doctor, who retired, I was a bit apprehensive. While very professional, she is warm and caring. No lectures, some suggestions. I would recommend an appointment to see if she’s a fit for you, she certainly is for me.
I love her, she has always been amazing! I have been going to Dr.Symons for three years. Truly spends the time listening and getting to know her patients and what is wrong. She is Very professional. I love that when I go to my appointment time I don’t wait longer than the schedule time to go back.
