Historically I’ve had bad experiences with psychiatrists but Dr Sahl is an anomaly. She gives a lot of good advice and is clearly very intelligent. She may seem a bit academic and distant at first but in actuality she’s quite compassionate
I should have listened to the reviews. She was cold, condescending, and completely lacking in empathy. I came in with a positive attitude, but she was robotic, dismissive, and seemed more focused on prescribing medication than understanding my concerns. I left feeling unheard and hopeless. I would not feel comfortable seeing her again.
