All my visits to Dr. Huffman have been excellent. The staff and medical assistants have been cordial. All my questions are answered in an understandable fashion. I’m very pleased to have this excellent care available to me.
I made an appointment to see Dr Huffman and was able to get one within 2 weeks time. My appointment was at 1:15 and I was coming from the West Loop. I walked in less than 10 minutes late and apologized There was unexpected traffic and construction. The receptionist asked for my ID and insurance and was putting it into the system. As she was doing this she answered a call and when she got off the call she informed me that DR Huffman would not be seeing me as I was 10 minutes late. I love everything about this office. The receptionist is about as quick and nice as any I’ve ever seen. The male tech who brought me into the office was also no nonsense.. And I can’t say enough about Dr. Huffman!! Unlike some doctors, she is ALWAYS on time. She’s pleasant, efficient, kind and as good as it gets. I was in and out within a 1/2 hr. Perfect!
Dr Huffman is thorough, explains things well, and responds to any concerns I’ve expressed. She also runs a very timely schedule, which is always appreciated.
