Nicole is a total rockstar. My situation as a picky fist time home buyer with a low budget was a challenge and Nicole was definitely up for the task. Nicole was knowledgable, professional and responsive. She sold our home the same day it was listed with multiple offers. what else could a seller ask for. Had many questions and Nicole responded with expertise and in a timely manner no matter what day or time it was.
