Unfortunately we have had to be very strict with our store policies, because we are a small business we are taken advantage of on a regular basis. There is a fine line between being firm while up holding our policy and being snippy, I will make sure to talk with our associates!
Sunday hours say 12-6. Go there at 2:30 doors locked no signs saying at lunch or anything!!!! What a was of my time!
New management is RUDE. yelled at a friend of mine for no reason.
I ordered a tote bag from them 3 Saturdays ago. They originally told me it would only be a week so I stopped in a week later since I was near by to see if it possibly was in and they just haven't had the chance to call; I spoke to the manager and he told me it'll probably be in the following Wednesday so I called that Wednesday and the girl who picked up the phone told me it wasn't in and she couldn't even check the status of my order. I went into the store since they "changed" management. When I walked I all I heard was loud ghetto music. I was approached and I asked where the normal staff was. The woman who was in her 50's said "who's that we changed out all new staff" and walked away. The new management staff was rude and ghetto. I can't even bring myself to go in there anymore. I miss the old PROFESSIONAL" staff....bye bye Nicole Kays. Just another business that's going to close eventually. �
