I absolutely love your merchandise, but I do have to tell you I was in your store last Thursday evening and felt as if I were bothering the two female employees who were working. They never approached us or asked if we needed assistance and seemed annoyed when we did have questions. I work for a big retailer and they push customer service big time! I would think a smaller retail store would do the same to at least compete.
