Nicole was outstanding in her communication and attention to detail for our transaction. We bought a home while living on the other end of the US and even with the time difference, she was always on top of her game! She didn’t hesitate to visit various properties to FaceTime us any time we requested it. Her response time via text, email, or phone is top tier. We closed with no issues and she was helpful until the very last detail was taken care of. Hands down, she is one of the best!

Nicole was an exceptional agent and the right person for the job. Very professional, timely responses and readily available to answer any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure my property was viewed at its best with staging, marketing, videos, social media presence, etc. Real Estate transactions can be highly stressful and I felt at ease knowing Nicole was on top of everything and kept me informed of all the important details.
I asked Nicole to give me some advice on what improvements I should make to my house in case I should decide to sell in the future. When she arrived at my house she was fully prepared. She had done her homework, bringing brochures describing her services and "comps" of other homes similar to mine and their final sales prices.
