Unfortunately, I went to doctor Spencer and didn’t like her bedside manner. And I felt that she did not know how to treat my situation that I had. For some reason, I was dreaded going to her office each time I had a doctors appointment and I just couldn’t figure out why I finally went to another doctor. That was fantastic. It’s very important to look at a doctors reviews and to see what school they came from and what they studied. I needed a doctor that had more Education and experience on my needs.

I cannot recommend Life Design Wellness Concierge Family Practice enough. As a starter, when managing a busy family schedule, it is especially appreciated to be able to walk in to our appointment and be seen immediately. With Dr. Spencer, this is standard of care. Finding a family doctor who takes the time to truly listen and doesn't rush you out the door is rare, but Dr. Alexander-Spencer does exactly that. Had my first appointment with Dr. Alexander-Spencer at her new clinic -Life Design Wellness - located in Torrance. She offers concierge healthcare services including weight-loss. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and focused on patient care. Excited to have found myself a supportive environment for my healthcare journey.
