NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!! Called just after 6 to place an order for an 8 piece chicken and 2 salads and were told it would be here within the hour. Called after 7:30 to find out where our order was and they said it was on the way out the door. Waited another 30 minutes and called again to cancel the order when they told us the order was just being put in. Umm...no thanks. It was supposed to be here an hour ago and my 2 year old is now ready for bed. Terrible service and completely unacceptable.

Tonight was my first time ordering Nicky's pizza. The pizza was great, but I placed the order at 7:55pm. I was told 25-30 minutes. We came in at 8:20pm (we had to wait for 2 customers in front of us), the girl at the counter remembered taking our order, but couldn't find it in the system. So she had to redo the order and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza to be made and cooked. I had a 5, 7, and 9 year old with me and they were hungry. I would give 5 stars if there was product consistency. I have ordered the ham and turkey sub several times and it's always different. Last time I got one, it had whole grape tomatoes and this time I have no tomatoes. Usually it has sliced tomatoes on it. Also the amounts of lettuce, onions and mayo vary a lot. And this time I got a bag of Fritos, normally it comes with fries. I also ordered a garden salad and am not too happy with the Caraway seeds on it. They are out of place.
