RecommendedI had a large order of chicken, coleslaw and broasted potatoes delivered for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday party. Everything was delivered fresh, hot, on time, and the guests enjoyed it very much. The staff at Nicky’s was super friendly and I thank you all for your help on this special day. 🤗

The pizza I ordered 2-3 months ago was stuck to the parchment paper or whatever they use that half the toppings came off and it was so greasy. It was also undercooked. I put it back in the oven after trying it. So tonight I thought maybe since it was thin crust, I will try a pan pizza...well my pizza never came. Ordered it at 9:30pm and it is now 11:16 pm. Store is closed, no way to get a hold of anyone. Waited almost two hours and I’m starving...this place went way way down hill.
NEVER ORDERING FROM NIKKYS PIZZA AGAIN! WAITED A HOUR FOR THE PIZZA THAT DIDNT SHOW CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY. THIS WAS NOW A ALMOST 2 HOURS OF WAITING FINALLY BEYOND UPSET AGAIN I CALLED THE MANAGER AND ASKED HER WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM . i placed my order at 4:18 and they said it would be an hr ok thats normal, i called them at 4:40 and asked where my food was and was told it was on the way it FINALLY got here at 5:58 and omg the mini tacos are COLD the 2 pizzas i ordered are COLD the cheese curds are COLD AND RUBBERY i have not ordered from there for over a yr and i will NEVER order from there again this definitely is not worth what i paid it taste like crap

We were kind of blind-sided tonight with one of the big pizza places in town unexpectedly closing, so--as you can imagine--that's made us much busier than normal. That being said, even late, your food should have been hot. I'll PM you to see if there's a way we can make this up to you.
ordered delivery and never received my cauliflower. called back, they said they would send a new one, never came. I don't appreciate paying for nothing
Disappointing. Undercooked and extremely soggy pizza. Very gross
Is this place under new ownership? My last visit there was an overweight woman claiming to be the owner. She was very rude. My friends and I dined in and I used the bathroom after her. There was blood in the toilet (forgot to flush) and also blood on the seat. Disgusting. The bathroom water in the sink was freezing, no hot water to wash with. Don’t go here, you’ll get worms or something.
