When someone places a order they could at least make the order had to wait for them to make my order very poor service never again

I hope the discount that the staff member gave you and my offer of a complimentary dessert was enough to show you that we take your complaints seriously. The staff member who bungled the order is new, and while we go through a strenuous training process with new employees, we do accept that mistakes may happen. I am so sorry it happened to you, and I hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance.
My favorite Sheboygan pizza for over 25 years! Always delicious.

I usually order broasted chicken from Nicky’s but tonight was the last straw! What I Got was a box off slop the worst looking broasted potatoes and chicken I’ve ever seen come out of this store. I’m sure it wasn’t cooked all the way! When I called I asked to speak to the manager he guy tried to lie to me over the phone and said that she already left and told Him what my complaint was then all of a sudden the manager was on the line and said she was going to refund my money.....I brought the chicken back to the store because ... read more
