I've lived in Nederland born and raised here moved to Austin Texas in 2005 I still come back home to get Italian sausage and boudin I just wish they would open back up on Sundays I was just here had to turn away and go back to Austin empty ended maybe I'll get you next go-around I come down thank you though for all the good food that you provide I still want that sausage recipe LOL
They have the best boudin in town, it's funny though I love the smell of that store
Walking to Nick's is like a walk into the past. Nothing has changed in the last 50 plus year and please never do. Y'all are a part of many fond memories for many and your Boudain is the best.
Best pork chops I have purchased since my childhood on a farm!
