Best boudain in the world! Also, best Italian sausage! Please find someone to sell recipe to so Nick's boudain and Italian sausage will live on!
The best boudain we've ever had....even brought some to our daughter and her fiance when we went up to Minnesota last year.
The best boudain and smoked sausage in the world comes from this little store. I fell in love with Nicks back in 1988 when my granny (a port Arthur native) would "treat us" to Nicks homemade boudain on Fridays. It was like nothing I have ever had before. I have carried on the "treat" tradition with my own children, but will be so sad that I cannot with my grandchildren...I am sure going to miss this store. I LOVE YOU NICKS!!
I'm so sad to hear that my favorite Boudain place is closing. The first time I EVER had boudain came from here.
