Best boudain and Italian sausage in this area--bar none
We will miss Nick's and it was worth the 3 hour wait for the boudain.
We drive about 3 hours to get boudin from Nick's! Not sure what we are going to do now that they are closing???? The experience yesterday was both crazy and fun!
