This place is a nightmare to do business with. Will not tell you when doors will be done, was 3 weeks late when I cancelled order. BEWARE of doing business here
Beautiful product, poor customer service. Reading through the other reviews I wish that we had the same experience as some of the others since their doors are so beautiful. Unfortunately for us we were misinformed throughout the entire process. We started by calling and asking specific questions about additional charges since we had custom sized jambs; quoted $350.00 over the phone, which turned into $400.00 in store (per door).
