Siempre que tengo alguna urgencia con mis niños los llevo allí porque el trato es muy bueno. Hoy fui con mi niña más pequeña y todo el equipo médico fue muy profesional con ella, pero las enfermeras Wendy y Lauren, especialmente, nos dieron tranquilidad y apoyo en todo momento! Gracias por ese calor humano que es tan necesario cuando nuestros pequeñitos no se sienten bien! Gracias a Wendy y Lauren por ser tan atentas con mi niña!
Nurse Wendy provided exceptional care to my child. She exceeded all expectations during our visit. She was attentive, compassionate, and professional. I will definitely come back to this urgent care. Thank you to everyone else.

At first had tried to go to Jackson South Urgent care 😬🙄 Silly me….Walked out came straight to NCH we were greeted with smiles and care. Even my daughter said wow what a difference in the Vibe alone. From the front desk, nurse assistant and Dr everyone went out of their way to explain and interact with my 13 yr old daughter who broke her pinky toe.
