She never has that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't have to wait very long before I was in with the doctor. She is very kind and caring, and she stays open past her closing time to help anyone who needs her. She wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on Dr. Nickel--she is very knowledgeable and forthright.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes. Everything was recently upgraded

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. It would be hard to miss all those diplomas. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
