Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes. Everything was recently upgraded

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
