Great service! Brian was so nice. We really enjoy celebrating special occasions here. Plus the lobster Mac and cheese and Red velvet are delicious �
They were really backed up on my birthday. We had reservations and they still couldn't seat us for another hour. The manager was so wonderful and gracious. He served us personally to make sure that we could make our next event in a timely manner. He gave us free champagne, desserts and appetizers. The customer service was impeccable, plus the place is just beautiful. I'd definitely return, expecting the wait with joy!
The food was pretty good but I was shocked when I went to the restroom and some of the most vulgar, obscene rap music that I have ever heard was blaring. Others at my table also complained about it. You don't expect that in a place where the average meal probably costs 70 dollars. It was also extremely crowded and so noisy you couldn't really hold a conversation I won't be going back.
The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very upbeat and fun. Though on the pricier side for me I will definitely be back for special occasions.
This restaurant had the best food I have ever eaten! Amazing service and even a personal visit from the chef and the GM. I can't say enough good things about this place!
My first time at Nick and Sams service was great the staff was great made sure we were happy with our meal and service. I will return and recommend it.
