The front bumperhad a dent in it and they never even contacted enterprise and had left me waiting for 20 30 min before they realized I was still waiting. 5 Star : My Experience About half way thru the repair there were daily 'Updates' & that was great. Toward the end, especially when the bed rails were ordered, & came in damaged, had to be reordered, the 'Updates' kinda fell off. Had to call for updates & forecasts when the total job would be done & could get my truck, plus I was nervous about the Enterprise rental truck because we had a scheduled big tree removal project at our home & I didn't want the rental anywhere near the work.
