0 Star : My Experience Well for starters I had to return my truck to Ford because they did a terrible job! The front bumperhad a dent in it and they never even contacted enterprise and had left me waiting for 20 30 min before they realized I was still waiting. My chrome grill still has a deep stractch in it and I still haven't herd from them about ordering that part like they said they would, my ac in my truck or at least the front of my truck has completely stopped working,the ac vent adjuster is broken and the relay for th... read more

5 Star : My Experience About half way thru the repair there were daily 'Updates' & that was great. Toward the end, especially when the bed rails were ordered, & came in damaged, had to be reordered, the 'Updates' kinda fell off. Had to call for updates & forecasts when the total job would be done & could get my truck, plus I was nervous about the Enterprise rental truck because we had a scheduled big tree removal project at our home & I didn't want the rental anywhere near the work.
