Our first visit however not our last! The food was delicious however the service was outstanding from greeting upon our entry to the extremely helpfulness of our server who walked us through the extensive menu. We RV about the country about 8 months out of the year, Nick and Jake’s is right up there as one of our favorites. Happy employees make for satisfied customers.
Second time we have visited. Both times were outstanding. Customer service was friendly and amazingly quick which surprised us since you were busy the first time and packed yesterday. I can’t tell you how happy it makes us to have great customer service. We live in a small town were it has been forgotten. We will be back again and again!

I had the meatloaf dinner... the first couple of times I had it, it was amazing! Today I had it... worst meal ever! If I wasn’t so hungry and tired, I would have taken it back... the meatloaf was old... cabbage was old ( almost like it was made a few days ago) plus it’s supposed to be a side item and it was portioned for a baby... I ordered a side of Mac and cheese... no flavor AND it cost $4! Then to top it off, I ordered a slice of chocolate cake... $6!! And it was tiny... proportion for a child!!! Nick and Jakes is amazing! Great food, and the staff are one of a kind. If your in Kansas City, you have to go to N&J.
