Fantastic service & great cars Immediate and friendly service with exceptional personal attention not only to me, and my wife but also my 2 year old daughter. Dave and Chris were exceedingly patient while trying to find exactly the Mini I was looking for. I will happily recommend Mini of Pittsburgh to anyone even remotely interested in a purchase or lease. Awesome experience The dealership and all the staff were exceptional. Through all the delays with MINI delivering the vehicles to the dealership, Jason and Chris kept me as a customer. I credit them for seeing me through to the end.
Excellent Treatment Lauren was fine. I feel like Mini of PHG feels like they are the only game in town for service. They are not. Had service on daughter's Mini done at Foreign Traffic. I saved over $1000 and received a 3 year 36k warrantee on work performed. I had an alignment done two months earlier at Mini of PGH that was so far out of specs that i question what was done at all. Daniel Best oversaw that service. I will not likely go back to Mini of PGH for future service needs.
Best of the Best Lauren is wonderful - makes it easy to do business w/mini. I live an hour away but that is not an issue when Lauren is engaged!!
