I along with my 84 year old mother waited for over an hour to see Dr. Nicholson. Upon entering our exam room Dr. Nicholson coldly greeted my mother without acknowledging our patience in waiting for him. He immediately looked at my mother and said 'you seem angry'. My mother sat with a tear in her eye not knowing how to respond. I stated to him 'we are not angry but have become aggravated with our long wait to see you'. I have never been treated so rudely during any Dr appointment. I wish I had recorded it. He cut me off everytime I tried to ask a question.Will not step foot back in that office and will be seeking a second opinion.
Dr. Nicholson is a GREAT orthopedic surgeon. He is broad in approach, honest with options, and extremely capable in his upper body specialty.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nicholson as my surgeon. He was honest with me regarding treatment options including non-surgical. After beginning with the more conservative route with no improvement, he and his team were supportive of my desire to explore the surgical route. I am now 4 weeks post-op and am very pleased with the outcome and prognosis for the future. Thanks you, Dr. Nicholson, Celina (x-ray), Victoria, Sumera and PA Laney!
I had a bad fall and broke my right kneecap. Dr. Nicholson saw me right away after my accident., and he performed the surgery in less than a week. He was honest with me about my recovery, took time to explain the recovery process, and he answered every question that I had about what to expect and the time frame. I chose to do my physical therapy at his office, and I can't say enough about the therapists, Rachael and Jenny. They are excellent, always on time, and have me liking therapy!
I saw Dr. Nicholson for my knee and was so impressed with him & his staff! Thanks to everyone at Perimeter Ortho for all of your help. What a pleasant experience; everyone was so nice and I got in and out quick! Thanks again!

Dr. N and the entire office is wonderful to work with, including PT. He is extremely bright and thorough, highly recommend.
