I was hoping to share an awful pic of the TERRIBLE CHICKEN I JUST BOUGHT! And ignorant me... This isn't the first time I've gotten chicken from Nichols that was BLACK UNDERNEATH! Gross! Meat store..right!

Rachelle, i was disappointed to read of your recent (and past) problem with our chicken. As the meat manager, I would like to personally apologize, this sort of thing shouldn't happen! As we get next to zero returns, we take them very seriously. As you know, we cut and package all the chicken we sell right here at Nichols, we don't use the cryovac packaged "fresh chicken" with a 45 day shelf life. OK... I've always loved Nichols Grocery in Liverpool. But today was over and above.... As I was checking out and ready to leave, the skies opened up and torrential rains fell from the sky. The stock person who was bagging my groceries said "wait a minute ma'm. I will go and get an umbrella and walk you and your groceries to the car!!! I declined, and he said again he was so willing to do this! Where do you get service like that any where else???
This place is Fantastic! The service is unbelievably great! Very ambitious workers in deli and meat/ seafood! I was Beyond Impressed! I got top quality foods today like scallops I fried in extra virgin olive oil which I got at a great discount X 2 bottles!!! I will be shopping there more often~ the people and the Quality are just unbeatable!
