I’ve shopped here for as long as I can remember. There has now been 3 times I have bought meat and it has been spoiled. 1st time was a family pack of hamburger…I just tossed it and let it be. Second time a family pack of pork-chops. I called and told them and they said bring them back and they will give refund or exchange…no thank you…I don’t want anymore and it was an inconvenience to bring them back due to not living very close, so I tossed them as well. RecommendedMy brother in law raves about Nichols but I haven’t been since I was a kid and my husband had never been. He picked up a small prime rib today to make me for my birthday. He has prepared them in restaurants he’s worked at before but never at home. He decided to follow the instructions that came on the packaging and it was PERFECTION. We will be back! 😍

Every time I visit Nichols Supermarket, at least one employee is not wearing a mask correctly. I've complained to management with no apparent impact. Now I've complained to the state.

RecommendedFirst time shopping here, the employees were awesome, super helpful. The store wasn’t packed, the shelves well stocked. I was able to get almost everything we needed, except for that elusive TP! Check out was quick, and the gentleman bagging did an awesome job. Thank you to the staff for being there for us during this difficult time !
