I love my Nichols! It has all the standard grocery product lines you need and, within those lines, many more choices than at the big chain grocery store here. In fact, I can find many specialty items I need for my vegan daughter at Nichols! It's small, so easy and quick to shop; the family keeps it nice so it's pleasant; and the manager greets you if he sees you come in.
Seafood is always bad/unsafe. Meat doesn't last more than 12 to 24 hours tops.
