RecommendedNichols Plumbing just installed two toilets for us. Chad the plumber was great. Personable and eager to please. He was so careful not to make a mess and cleaned up everything. He would have wash the floor if I had asked. In turning the water off so he could replace the tubing to the toilet, he found the shut off was broken. He replaced it and got a shower doing so. I don't ordinarily get on Facebook and dis individuals or organizations, however today I am making an exception. Nichols plumbing has pushed me over the edge...I had an appointment last week, and lost my place in their queue because I didn't get the call from them when they were on their way. It is standard practice in plumbing to charge shop to shop. We would gladly correct any of your plumbing issues without travel time if you would just kindly bring your plumbing issues to our shop for repair. As for not showing up without a response to our phone call it has long been our policy as we have had many customer forget the appointments. Had some sewer issues over the winter and had to have new lines run out to the city connection. They did a fabulous job figuring out a configuration that would we work best for us in our 1887 home and still leave us with a workable basement. They even were able to dig out front and not disturb my shrubs next to the foundation. Working with this crew was a pleasure. Thank you guys!
I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I had to have my sewer line cleaned out multiple times over the winter, Paul was extremely helpful with those and explaining everything to me. Eric, Steve, and Josiah did an amazing job replacing the sewer pipe at my apartment building. Super nice guys and taught me stuff throughout the process. This company is excellent. They are professional and fun guys. Steve is my go to guy from now on. I have had them clear a septic line on New Year's Day and more recently replace a broken sewer pipe at my Bangor home. Steve and Eric did an excellent job in super tight working conditions and never stopped smiling. Steve works like he was born operating an excavator.
Nichols Plumbing is top notch, reasonably priced, the best in the area. I would definitely recommend them.
Sorry not too Facebook savvy. Shout out to Steve, you'r my hero. Steve came out on a Saturday and was able to clear a clogged main drain in no time at all. He was polite, friendly, and informative. He turned what could have been a terrible situation, into best described as a Rocky fist pump moment. Thanks again Steve and Nichols Plumbing.
