I was recently visiting Brisbane and lost my contact lenses and glasses in robbery. The optician and his assistant couldn’t have been any more helpful. They found me some replacements to keep me going until I could return home and only accepted a charity donation as payment. After being robbed a few days earlier, my interaction with Nic restored my faith that there are nice people out there. Thank you.
