Good food, Family-run, happy customers! I have been to Nicholas' a few times over the last years. Sometimes the food isn't as good as I would expect, but if you stick with the good old pepperoni pizza it is ALWAYS good. ;) But the staff is what maks it worth coming back for. Whether you dine in or take out, the staff is always prompt and courteous, and a few weeks ago they very graciously took an order from me at closing time when everyone else had already shut off their phones. Order through Uber eats on multiple times at 7:45 at night and gotten canceled at 9 o’clock when they close because they never delivered my food
Food is always burnt or undercooked very disappointing
Literally hung up on my husband because it’s 11:15pm. “Oh that’s too far too deliver” Mind you we live in Torrington... and we even offered to pick it up. So we took our business elsewhere. Definitely don’t recommend this pizza place at all..
The delivery guy showed up without a mask and handed me a filthy pen to sigh the slip- on top of that they delivered the wrong order. - complete B.S.
Ordered a small pizza and a piece of chocolate cake from this establishment. Paid $25 for delivery to the ER as I am essential employee. Not only was the pizza incorrect when I called to let them know they refused to make it right. Didn’t seem to care and argued with me on the phone. His exact statement was “ why would I waste my time and money when you (me) ordered the wrong thing. When I said I would not be back he said “great” and hung up. Please see photos.
