I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
