Very efficient and on time.
He was very polite (2-hours late) and Overpriced! Charged $390 part and installation for a thermostat + $65 appt fee not waived. The cost of the thermostat $40 at Home Depot.
Very polite, on time, went extra mile to make sure unit was installed properly, offered free follow up inspection. Left area very neat and clean.
They came a day earlier than I requested and were very easy to communicate with. They completed their task very quickly and our new thermostat looks and works great!

They were timely with excellent follow through. It appears the AC was properly installed. It has only been a week. They replaced the attic fan also. They noticed it needed a new switch, in their opinion. No extra charge for the switch. They would not take payment for this repair until a new switch was installed a few days later.
