Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

I was hoping they would give me an estimate BEFORE the service,but not until after the procedure did they tell me that my insurance did not cover the procedure and that I had to pay immediately out of pocket. It turned out that my insurance DID cover the procedure, and that they were using the out-of-pocket payment to ensure patients would return only to them for the permanent crown - where the real money was. My insurance company confirmed this! They referred me to an oral surgeon who disagreed with his diagnosis and refuse... read more

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
