Great dr! Highly recommend! Appointments can be made online and there is never a wait! Dr. Halper is friendly and easy to discuss concerns with. He is now my PCP!
If only the front desk receptionist I spoke with was as helpful and courteous as Dr. Halper himself. After some minor incorrectly-submitted lab billings to my insurance, the receptionist I spoke with to get it corrected was incredibly unhelpful and short. She was immediately dismissive of the problem and directed me to call several other offices while, in the end, it came around back to them to be fixed. Really unfortunate after such a great experience during the actual appointment. Hassles and rudeness like that with billin... read more
