RecommendedWonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff and medical assistants were pleasant. I had a very short wait time as a walk-in for a rapid COVID-19 test and I was called with the results within a half hour of leaving the practice. I would highly recommend them for all of your primary care needs.
You guys are a complete JOKE of a practice. I was blocked by Todd Halper himself because he didn’t want to take the responsibility of what ILLEGALLY happened at his dr. So now when my loved one goes to the hospital because you wrongfully discharged him after 6 years, now has NO medicine and is going to end up in the EMERGENCY ROOM DURING A PANDEMIC. I checked off That I recommend Halper FamilyMedicine. I had nothing but the finest recommendation for this medical office and I still do. Excellent doctors in time. Really care to take care of you
Never had any issues with the staff or doctors here. Are the phones busy ? 100% absolutely,i guess being they're the only doctors left in America who will see someone the same day as a call.
The very best, I've been going here for years, so has my entire family, and I told my friends, who also found him wonderful.
I recommend Todd Halper himself the front desk ladies need a brief class in how to actually be nice after many issues with them I've learned to just be nice and be the bigger person but Todd himself and James and the other doctors are magnificent.
Good luck getting an appt now. Or, anyone answering the phone....when it’s not off the hook. Such a shame because it really was a good practice before one doc went VIP.
The RUDEST office staff I have ever encountered in my life and I’m a nurse. The front desk girl hung up on me, literally hung up on me when I asked to speak to an office manager. They don’t make appts over the phone, you have to use Zocdoc which is booked out months in advance.
