RecommendedNever had any issues with the staff or doctors here. Are the phones busy ? 100% absolutely,i guess being they're the only doctors left in America who will see someone the same day as a call.

RecommendedI recommend Todd Halper himself the front desk ladies need a brief class in how to actually be nice after many issues with them I've learned to just be nice and be the bigger person but Todd himself and James and the other doctors are magnificent.

Good luck getting an appt now. Or, anyone answering the phone....when it’s not off the hook. Such a shame because it really was a good practice before one doc went VIP.

The RUDEST office staff I have ever encountered in my life and I’m a nurse. The front desk girl hung up on me, literally hung up on me when I asked to speak to an office manager. They don’t make appts over the phone, you have to use Zocdoc which is booked out months in advance. Spare yourself and don’t even bother getting involved with this practice.. it’s such a shame too bc their providers are some of the best, most professional people I’ve ever met.. *update* I was discharged from his practice for voicing my opinion about... read more
