I love having Dr Nick Franssen as primary care doctor. He's professional, he takes the time and listens, he takes me seriously me. He has made referrals for me to get specialty Care for my health problems and if I feel that the other Specialty Care is not taking me serious or giving me the right care he will help me find someone that does or for a second opinion. I love this particular clinic. I’ve never had an issue getting in to see my doctor, even on a day where I’ve called that morning (hoping to bypass the urgent care aspect of their clinic-which is wonderful and helpful that they do have that as an option) and i was able to get in that same day to see my primary physician. My doctor Nick Franssen I can tell cares about my overall wellbeing, especially my mental health. His nurse Kimberly is especially awesome and extremely helpful.
