The staff for always very kind and make time for us. They are very patient with both of my children who are patients there. Nick is good with both kids. Kim is a nurse there who is gone above and beyond for us, when we have needed research and paperwork, and will always be appreciated for this!
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Doctor is very nice, direct, and treats and talks to me like I'm an equal and not below him. Doesn't talk down to me like I'm an idiot like a couple past doctors have done. Good at what they do.
i’ve been going here ever since i’ve moved to lincoln and my doctor has been (and will stay) nicholas franssen! he is personally my favorite! he listens to all my needs and worries and makes sure we get it taken care of! his team is really great his nurses are amazing!! kimberly really goes above and beyond me! and im thankful for them!
I am pleased to continue my primary care at Stevens Creek. The provider was very attentive and attended to my needs!
