I was very impressed with not only Dr. Countryman, but the entire staff. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Procedure was quick and painless, with all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this office for all your dermatology needs/requirements !!
Don't get the bad reviews. I think she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She works fast, but that doesn't bother me. Far better than a doctor who is always an hour behind.

liked his direct/personal approach. came in & explained in a no-nonsense way so I liked his directness but at same time was very personal. short & sweet questions & answers. didn't waste time, his or mine!! would definitely try to schedule with him in the future if need arises.
The Doctor and his staff put you at ease. Just talking to this Doctor for a few minutes you know you are in the best of hands.I can not say enough about this wonderful Doctor and his staff.Thanks.
She has been my dermatologist for 5 years. I have been their six times since March. First she said my inflammation was from stress. Ok, I was under stress. Systems got worse, rash spreading. More steroids, etc, etc. I have been miserable since April with scratching. Last time I wanted her to look at my groin area, she said I know your inflamed and left the room. I went to a new dermatologist yesterday, in five minutes, he did a scraping and discovered I had scabies. Won't be going back!
Did not diagnosis cancerous and pre-cancerous moles
Dr. Countryman and his staff did an amazing job during the entire process of my recent surgical procedure. I was pleasantly surprised at how little swelling and bruising I had. Dr. Countryman is a pro and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Dr. Dawes seems to be competent but I'm being treated for an ongoing issue and when it flares up I am not able to get an appointment for months; that is not acceptable. Also don't expect anyone to ever answer the phone. You always need to leave a message either to make an appointment or talk to a nurse. The last straw was when I was on hold for the nurse the message that was playing indicated they were taking new patients. They can't get to the ones they have for months; seems ludicrous.
