I’m not for sure how Young got the title to be a Dr! I’m a light skinned woman with sensitive skin. I’ve dealt with eczema too growing up which makes me more sensitive to bacteria on the skin. I told her my scalp was infected but I was keeping it under control so it wouldn’t spread! She told me that I had hormonal acne!!! Out of 3 Dermatologists I've seen at Dawson Fretzen, this is one I would not recommend except for an emergency. She was rash, stoic, and had no interest in educating, explaining, or showing interest. Instead she was quick to dismiss concerns and then gave off a lecture/spiel about how our parents just sent us out without sunscreen (which happens to be not true). I am so pleased with the results of the surgery by Dr Countryman. The cancer was on my face and I was worried how it would heal. It looks great after three months with very little discomfort. Dr. Young moves between patients so fast that I think it is more about making money than practicing medicine. Additionally there were two different times where I had patches on my skin that she said were nothing, but I insisted they be removed and they both times they ended up being basal cell carcinoma.

Dr. Fretzin is absolutely amazing! I had a pretty weird condition with my skin and I Shot him an email with some pictures late on a Saturday and he answered me within the hour! That’s dedication if you’ve ever seen it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dr Fretzin is amazing. His willingness to listen, evaluate the issue and offer solutions is unrivaled. His work, along with his staff, have given me my life back and I can't say enough. I had gone to no less than 6 other "doctors" with no results. Dr Fretzin's approach was different and the results speak for themselves. I hope you experience the same success.

Very kind to squeeze me last minute into her busy schedule. Very pleasant and attentive to all my questions. I had very quick improvement following her recommendations and a generic treatment.

good enough Dr but unless you don't mind waiting for a couple hours in the waiting room every time you go just for an annual skin check you will probably want to find someone else

I have had 2 kids see Dr Young over the years. 8 years ago, she was amazing--caring, kind and understanding. She spoke to my daughter and not to me. She was willing to try lots of different medications. But something has changed--she is now curt and rude. She was borderline cruel to my 15 year old. Who cried for days after last appt. She only pushes accutane and if you don't take it--she is essentially done with you. So disappointed and finding a new derm.
