Excellent Surgeon! Dr. Sheperd explains all non-surgical or surgical options thoroughly and welcomes any questions. He is professional and personable.
I have not had anything other than positive results from TOA. Both Dr Vaughn with knee and Dr Shepard with back. Both are very through and excellent surgeons. I wouldn't hesitate (and I do) to recommend both to anyone having trouble and needing help.
Great bedside manner. Professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly and gave me the time to ask questions which he answered in detail.
Dr. Shepard and all of the staff at TOA are friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions without feeling rushed and made me feel at ease about my upcoming surgery.
Dr. Shepard is the greatest. He listened to all of my concerns and laid out all of the options for me. I was not rushed into making a decision. His explanation of everything that was wrong was easy to follow and he used words that I would understand. I had nothing but positive experiences when dealing him or members of his team!!!
