RecommendedThis is the BEST coffee and GREAT company!! I found ONE empty brew cup in a box of Breakfast Blend (Amazon Subscribe & Save order). I emailed their customer service dept. just to alert them as I’ve never had any problems with their coffee before. A quick response stated they would send me “replacements” and today I received a FULL BOX of Breakfast Blend brew cups via UPS!! WOW!! Amazing Customer Service & outstanding coffee!! 💕

Laura K responded right away, sent replacement boxes and will be sending a refund check. I am so happy because of the innovation to develop Skinny Coffee with Green Coffeeberry Extract and Garcinia Cambogia. (Fed govt. studies have concluded this is a good weight loss aid). This was not my first PapaNicholas purchase but this time the pods would not open. I tried several and finally contacted customer service on July 2. After many emails reassuring me that there was a money back guarantee, I have yet to receive the UPS email to send back my remaining coffee. At this point I truly believe I will never get my refund for 36 pods.
